Dr. Said Sharif Hossaini,  former Deputy Minister, Senior Advisor Ministry of Urban Development, Crreator of the program and responsible for the design and construction of the new paliament complex of Afghanistan in this give as detailed discription of the complex which was officially openend on 2015.
