Free and open educational resources for Afghanistan

This collection of forms was developed as part of the performance measurement plan of the Afghanistan Lowalee! / Afghanistan Reads! adult literacy program model developed by Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan (CW4WAfghan). The forms are used to measure a wide variety of results indicators, drawing from different methods of data collection including assessment and testing, classroom observation, stakeholder interviews and others. These forms are openly licensed and may be used or adapted by other organizations, with attribution to CW4WAfghan.
