The Speaking Rights Toolkit (Toolkit) is a facilitation tool for conducting human rights
education (HRE) activities and projects with youth 12 to 25 years of age. The Toolkit
is an integral component of the Speaking Rights Program, an HRE program that aims
at developing the capacity of youth to engage in actions that support respect for
human rights.
